WHY SHOULD I CHOOSE ANARCHY OVER OTHER CLOTHING BRANDS?
Like few other brands on the market, we are local to Perth, and proudly Australian owned! DO YOU PROVIDE FREE SHIPPING?
Unfortunately we do not have free shipping. We do not build the price of shipping into the purchase price like most other brands. Instead we charge a small shipping fee to assist with covering our delivery costs while allowing the product to be purchased at a competitive price.
WHY HAVEN'T MY ITEMS ARRIVED?
Please allow up to one week for the delivery of your items. If the items still have not arrived, please contact us directly for assistance. Please also note that if you pre-order items, any additional items purchased at the same time will only be shipped once the entire order is stocked, unless otherwise arranged.
ARE THE COLOURS OF THE GARMENTS PHOTO ACCURATE?
To the best of our ability, we have attempted to generate images that are identical to the actual garments on our website. If a colour discrepancy occurs, we deeply apologise for this. Please understand that despite our best efforts, some colours may vary slightly from those displayed by your monitor or various internet browsers.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Once an order has been placed online, the order is processed immediately and no further changes can be made in the online platform. Please email us directly at and we will do our very best to assist you. If an order is not changed before delivery occurs, you will need to refer to our Returns Policy for further information and instructions.
WHAT SIZE SHOULD I BUY?
Our clothes are cut for a regular shape and most garments are a regular fit to accommodate almost any body type. Some of our garments run larger than normal; however, this will be specified clearly on the product page. Please refer to our Sizing Guide for more information.
WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND ONCE I HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER?
We offer exchange, credit note or refund on full price items only. For all domestic orders, items must be returned within 10 days of receiving your order. For all international orders, please email to discuss this further as shipping periods and can vary substantially. Please be mindful when making a purchase as we do not offer an exchange or refund on discounted items. You can refer to our Terms & Conditions for further details.
MY ITEM IS FAULTY, WHAT DO I DO?
In the event that your item is faulty, we offer an exchange, credit note or a refund that includes postage costs. Please email to inform us. Although we have our staple collection, we are consistently designing and redesigning our products as we fulfill our promise of innovation. If an item has disappeared, it is either because it has sold out, been discontinued or is a Limited Edition design. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. ARE SOME THINGS LIMITED EDITION AND NEVER TO RETURN?
Anarchy is about challenging the status quo! We release Limited Edition items from time to time to inject a bit of chaos into the mix! If you see Limited Edition items, be sure to snap them up quickly or you may miss out. These items are unlikely to ever return to the store.
